Nominations to recognize the 2023 Business People of the Year will are open now thru September 15, 2023. Voting will begin on September 18th and will close on September 30th. Please submit your nominations for any or all of the following categories: Business Woman of the Year, Business Man of the Year, Business of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year.  Any business in the Stanwood Camano area is eligible for nomination (see below for more details.)  

Nominees can NOT be a business that has won in that category for the past two years (see below for a list.) Nominations MUST include a description of why you are nominating that individual or business.  The Camano Island Chamber Board of Directors will verify nominees are active Chamber Members (and offer membership if not already members) and verify the submission meets the requirements for nomination. Each nominee must receive THREE separate nominations to be included in the ballot – so tell your friends! 

The Camano Island Chamber of Commerce will announce and recognize nominees and winners on October 19th at a luncheon at the Camano Center from 11:30-1:00.  Tickets for the luncheon are available in the form linked here. Award winners from last year will present the awards to the winners for this year.
