Movement Arts presents Pop-Up Yoga – a Free Event (collecting donations for CASA). Picnic 1:00-2:00

Gather with friends and join us for some outdoor yoga and a picnic at Cama Beach State Park.  Spread out and feel the grass under your feet as we come together and celebrate the warmth of summer. Pack a picnic or support our local restaurants with a take out order.

Please bring a donation for the Stanwood/Camano FOOD BANK when we meet at Camano Commons and cash or check for CASA animal shelter when we meet at Barnum Point and Cama Beach.

Please prepare for the day’s weather:  sunscreen for sun; layers for overcast; postponement for rain (we won’t practice if it’s raining on our mats).
