Every year, on the first Saturday in May, thousands worldwide participate in World Labyrinth Day, a moving meditation for world peace and shared appreciation of the labyrinth experience.
We will start our celebration by recognizing our volunteers and donors.

A big thank you to the Camano Island Chamber of Commerce, The Labyrinth Society, Oxborough Excavation, Lenz Enterprises, Austin’s Lend-a-Hand, the Freedom Park Association,

Then, we will share a brief history of labyrinths and explain why you want to take advantage of this new transformational addition to Freedom Park.

Following our introduction and recognition ceremony, all participants will be asked to join us as we Walk as One at 1 with Michala Connolly of Skye Healing playing Sound Bowls to support us during our walk. On this 16th annual World Labyrinth Day (WLD), people worldwide will walk a labyrinth at 1:00 p.m. local time, creating a unified rolling wave of peaceful energy that will pass from one time zone to the next around the globe.
