HIS BIZ is a local, family-owned, small business founded in 1993. Owners Justin and Rachael Baldwin grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have lived on Camano Island for most of their lives. Justin has a background in construction trades, and Rachael has a keen business sense. Together, they make a great team for a variety of home improvement projects.
From the beginning, HIS BIZ focused on residential painting for existing homeowners and custom home builders. They enjoy working with people and bring a personal touch to every project. Their interactions with clients are important to them, and they value cultivating lasting relationships.
