Getting involved in politics in our community can be confusing.  We have two Democratic Clubs-The Stanwood Democrats and The Camano Island Democrats.  These are volunteer led, membership organizations.  Island County Democrats is a strong and active progressive voice in our community and is affiliated with the Washington State Democrats.  In addition, our State is organized into Legislative Districts and Camano is represented by the 10th LD Democrats covering the northern part of Snohomish County, all of Island County and the Southern part of Skagit County.

We support strong schools, quality healthcare access for all people and protections of our natural resources.  We value families and working people, believing in equity and justice for all.
