Land Title and Escrow Company was founded in Skagit Valley in 1940 by 25 original shareholders who felt a need for a professional business entity to serve the real estate and lender transaction needs of the primarily agricultural community. A majority of the current shareholders can trace their stock ownership back to these ancestral shareholders.

LTCO services the title and escrow needs of the Skagit and Island County communities from five strategically placed offices in Burlington, Anacortes, Oak Harbor, Freeland and Stanwood/Camano Island. The service staff consists of approximately 50 highly trained and experienced professional associates who efficiently and effectively handle the documents to ensure the recording of your real estate transaction. Each transaction is given the highest personal involvement and emphasis possible.
