Hello Chamber Members,
Sometimes when we are running at mach speed and juggling all-the-things it is easy to get overwhelmed – but the beautiful sunsets we have always stop me in my tracks and remind me how lucky we are to live in such a magical and beautiful place.
Historically August is a “slower” month in the Chamber world but alas – not this year – we are busier than ever! We do not have a member meeting in August but we will be “Popping” by your business so keep an eye out for us. For those of you without brick and mortar locations Coastal Community Bank (in Stanwood & Camano) have graciously offered their drive thru for you to swing by and pick up your “pop-in” gift starting next Tuesday 8/16.
We want to know how we can help our members – please take a few minutes to complete our survey (QR code is also on the back of your “pop-in” gift).
The announcement made by the Stanwood Chamber to close was incredibly sad and we want you to know that the Camano Island Chamber is here to support all Stanwood & Camano Island businesses. While we bridge two different counties we are one community in Stanwood-Camano. The Board of Directors of the Camano Island Chamber have agreed to support Stanwood Chamber members with a membership in the Camano Chamber through the remainder of the year. Please see this letter for more info.
We have SO MANY events coming up and would love your participation and support. September 15th will be our Membership Appreciation BBQ at Arrowhead Ranch from 5-7PM. We will provide all the food and entertainment but please RSVP no later than Sept. 9th.

Camano Stanwood Pickleball Association

Camano Stanwood Pickleball Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-inclusive membership pickleball club serving the greater Camano-Stanwood area. The courts are specifically reserved for pickleball every weekday and Sunday from 11:30- 2:30 and on Saturdays, from 8:30am-2:30pm.
We all want to have fun in life so that is our priority! At Camano Stanwood Pickleball we enjoy the fun, exercise and the social aspects of our fast growing Pickleball community. We are all learning together!
We have 6 portable nets we use on the Island County Outdoor Tennis courts located at 141 N East Camano Drive, Camano Island, WA 98282

The Lights of Christmas is a program of Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center in Stanwood, Washington. The Lights of Christmas offers seasonal employment for a variety of positions from September through December. See the Employment page of Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center for information and application.

Camano Chamber Meetings & Events

Our Chamber Member meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 11:30-1:00 (January-May & October) and in the evenings June-September & November. We will not have a meeting in August – instead we will be “popping in” your business to say hello!
